The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration (DOLETA) has administered the YouthBuild program since September 2006. The YouthBuild program is administered by the Employment and Training Administration’s Office of Workforce Investment, Division of Youth Services. YouthBuild Newark is partially funded by this agency. DOLETA provides approximately 16% of the agency’s budget (or $570,000) for 2015 – 2016.
