Robert Clark

Founder and Executive Director

Robert Clark is the first YouthBuild graduate to found a YouthBuild program. A graduate of YouthBuild Boston and Public Allies, he has over 18 years of experience in youth development and organizational development. Prior to founding YBN, Robert served as a Technical Assistance Contractor for YouthBuild USA – the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) national technical assistance provider. As a result of his experience, Robert has lent his expertise to the local education authority to help create a long-term strategy for alternative education and comprehensive high schools that can appropriately meet non-traditional youth’s needs.

SanDonna Jones

Deputy Executive Director

SanDonna Jones has 19 years of experience in administration, resource and organizational development, and strategic planning. A former resource development consultant, her systems development and procurement of multiple federal contracts helped the agency to grow from a less than $1 million organization to an $8 million+ agency in 4 years.

Darrell Price

Program Director

Darrell Price is a former New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission (JJC) staffer who possesses over nineteen (19) years of programming experience. In 2013, Darrell was inducted into the YouthBuild USA Directors Fellows Program, a 2-year professional development, leadership learning, and personal support program for fourteen (14) committed YouthBuild directors from across the country.
